Other than those three people I make very few calls and those only lasting a few minutes tops. Also, no AT&T (i want a network that actually allows my phone to receive calls while INSIDE a building. AT&T apparently can't do this and i am thru with them...)

I know AT&T offers an additional international data plan that is 20 mb for 24.99$ per month, but still has expensive calls. Voice and data are a must, text I can live without..
