What cell phone prepaid plan lets you call 1-800 numbers for free?
I want to use a dial around service and not pay anything from my cell phone provider.

I am not sure if any do. But if you are looking to get a good prepaid phone plan, go with Boost Mobile. They have the unlimited $50 a month program – unlimited text, talk, web, talk to talk. Boost only offers a few phones now, but will be adding several more models within the next few months.
