Which cell phone & cell phone company offers the best unlimited international calls monthly plan?
I'm attending college this fall and my family will be living in England. I plan on getting a cell phone with unlimited overseas calls in order to communicate with my family (by calling their home telephone or cell phones) Is this possible? If so, which cell phone provider has the best international rates and i am guessing this monthly plan would be expensive, how much do you think it would be?
Please do not tell me to buy phone cards, or to email my family instead. I am just eager to know the best cell phone plan for my situation.

I have never heard of any carrier providing a flat fee for unlimited international calling. Most carriers will provide a discounted internationall calling feature, for a small monthly fee, but you still have a per/minute charge.
Also, before you expect your phone to work overseas, make sure you have an international device. Not every phone will work internationally. So make sure you check that out too.
